5. Wholesale only: Print your labels (if it applies) and create an SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) of how you are going to manufacture your food goods. Register on the FDA

6. Every business, before operating in the kitchen, must have a signed agreement.
7. Pay application fee and/or security deposit
8. Acceptance of an automatic monthly withdrawal for the monthly membership fee(Card Authorization)

Other services:
1. Kitchen space: $40.00 + tax if constant power is needed.
2. Storage space: $40.00, oversize: $80.00
3. 1 water load and 1 water disposal per month: $15.00+tax (additional to the monthly rent)
4. Up to 5 water loads and disposals per month: $40.00+tax (additional to the monthly rent)
5. Up to 10 water loads and disposals per month:$70.00+tax (additional to the monthly rent)
6. Private Drop-in hours $25.00 per hour
General Policy
1. Must bring your own equipment, utensils and cleaning material. If you want to leave it in the kitchen, the
kitchen space will be charged monthly.
2. Must clean and organize the kitchen during your shift.
3. Unused days or hours do not roll over to the next month.
